Urinary Support Supplements are one part of an OBGYN-designed comprehensive plan to support urinary tract health. Please read our blog article about "How to Relieve Painful Atrophy-Related Chronic UTIs".
Discover the power of our innovative Urinary Support supplement, a balanced blend of two potent ingredients – Cranberry and D-mannose!
Why cranberry?
Cranberry has been used to prevent UTIs. Researchers showed that cranberry contains a high level of polyphenols that can block the adherence of bacteria to the bladder, reducing UTI infections.
Why D-mannose?
D-mannose is a natural UTI defense tool for people experiencing frequent or recurrent urinary tract infections. D-mannose has been scientifically proven to defend against UTIs. When bacteria binds to d-mannose, it can’t bind to other sugars, causing the bacteria to detach from the urinary tract so it can be flushed out.
Instructions:
Take 1-2 capsules twice daily. For best results, use NeuEve vaginal inserts as well.
Suggestions:
Daily hydration is also crucial in defense against UTIs and keeping harmful bacteria at bay, which is why it's recommended to take your Urinary Support in addition to drinking 2.8 liters of water or more.
If you find the pills too large, here are some techniques that might help make it easier:
- The "Pop-Bottle" Method: This is particularly effective for capsules. Fill a water bottle halfway, place the capsule on your tongue, seal your lips around the bottle, and take a sip while tilting your head back slightly. This method uses suction to help the capsule go down smoothly.
- The "Lean-Forward" Method: Ideal for tablets. Place the pill on your tongue, take a sip of water without swallowing, tilt your chin toward your chest, and then swallow. This helps the pill move to the back of your throat, making it easier to swallow.
- Coating the Pill: You can try placing the pill in a spoonful of applesauce, yogurt, or pudding, or lightly coat it with olive oil or butter to help it slide down easier. There are also special gels available designed to aid in swallowing pills.
- Opening the Capsule: If the capsule is still too difficult to swallow, you can open it and mix the powder with a small amount of water or coffee. The combination of D-mannose and cranberry in the powder gives it a taste similar to sweetened cranberry juice, making it safe and pleasant to drink.
